How fast can an FHA inspection has been completed for the introduction? We sell our apartment and buy a house. We are on an account in the two processes. Of course, should we sell to make a down payment to buy. Today, as our agent to see if the apartment that we sell, checked and approved by the FHA. If the buyer is an FHA loan, the lender is an inspector anywhere in the 30 days before the expiry of the chic and until about 2 weeks after the closing.

We are FHA inspectors in Florida and can usually consider the FHA, with a rotation of 72 hours after the time required. Depends on how long your mortgage company or bank will send the request. Normally it is difficult from our point of view. In general, an assessment of the FHA and perfromed already sent us a list of concerns and problems with compliance by the lender. We visit the site, make sure that the concerns were adequately addressed, and publish a report.
